B. Financial & Transaction Data
- Ledger Entries: We collect details of credits ("You Gave") and payments ("You Got"), including amounts, dates, and optional notes.
- Payment Information: To facilitate UPI collections, we may generate dynamic QR codes and payment links based on your UPI ID. We do not store your bank account passwords or UPI PINs.
C. Media and Files
- Bill Photos: If you choose to attach photos of bills or receipts to a transaction, we request access to your camera or gallery to store these images as proof of transaction.
- Reports: The App generates and stores PDF and Excel reports of your transaction history on your device.
2. App Permissions
To function correctly, the App requires the following permissions:
- Contacts: To allow you to quickly add customers from your phone book to your digital ledger.
- Camera & Storage: To capture bill photos and save PDF/Excel reports to your device.
- Internet: To back up your data (if cloud backup is enabled) and to facilitate sharing payment links via WhatsApp or other apps.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Core Functionality: To maintain your digital ledger, calculate total outstanding balances, and identify top defaulters.
- Communication: To help you send payment reminders via WhatsApp or SMS using our pre-set templates (Friendly, Formal, Urgent).
- Security: To protect your data using features like App Lock.
- Improvement: To analyze usage trends and improve App stability.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We respect your data privacy.
- No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal data or your customer list to third parties.
- Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party services (e.g., Google Firebase, Cloud Storage providers) solely for the purpose of hosting data, analytics, and backup services.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

- App Lock: We provide an in-app "Security & Privacy" feature allowing you to lock the app to prevent unauthorized access.
